A2Models was a Dutch range of static models made from composite powder by means of 3D printing technique. The range was introduced by Marc Hermans from Maastricht, a passionate collector of Citroën model cars, in May 2011 and is inspired by vintage toy cars from the 1950s and 1960s, made by manufacturers such as Dinky Toys, Corgi, CIJ, Mercury, Tekno and others. The models were available in six different scales (1/76th, 1/87th, 1/100th, 1/120th, 1/160th, 1/200th) and various colours. Besides a wide range of cars and vans, the company also printed model buildings and accessories, and personalized miniatures were made to order. Production ceased in 2018, and the online shop closed down by the end of 2021.
