The Chinese company Anson started production of high quality diecast models in 1992. The range mainly consisted of classic American cars and European sports and luxury cars in 1/18th scale, but several models in 1/14th (Porsche 911) and 1/43rd scale (various American off-road vehicles and pick-ups) were also released. Anson went out of business in 2002. The dies were taken over by Racing Champions/Ertl.
