The company ARS Model was based in Belgium, but they commissioned production of their model cars to Ros in Italy, a manufacturer otherwise specialized in models of agricultural vehicles and construction machines. In 1992, ARS Model introduced a range of 1/43rd scale diecast models of contemporary Alfa Romeo cars: 155, Spider 1989, 155, 33 saloon and station wagon. The models feature many opening parts and were released in various colours. Police, taxi, fire brigade and other versions were also available. In addition to the contemporary Alfa Romeo models, ARS Model also made 1/43rd scale models of the Alfa Romeo 33 sports prototype from the 1960s, the Fiat 500 and the VW Beetle convertible. Production already ceased after a few years.
