The Vega factory in the Ukrainian city of Uman produced 1/43rd scale diecast model trucks under the name of Arsenal from 1986 to 1991. The range consisted of only one prototype, the ZIL 4331, which was however available with various bodies: open platform, platform with canvas cover, tanker, and platform with trailer. Quality and finish are similar to truck models made by other contemporary Soviet manufacturers such as Elecon, Electropribor, or Kostroma.
