Conquest Models and Madison Models are two series of highly detailed 1/43rd scale white metal models commissioned by Henk van Asten for his company Daimler House in Heeze in the Netherlands between 1987 and 2003. Most of the models were made in England by SMTS. While the Conquest Models range included British (Jaguar, Daimler, Rover) and American luxury cars from the 1940s to the 1960s, only models of American cars from the same era were released under the Madison Models name. Both series were acquired and revived by the Route 66 Model Car Store, an American specialist shop for handbuilt models, in 2005. Henk van Asten had owned a Daimler Conquest, hence the names of the model range and of his company.
