Dimini is a Swiss manufacturer of detailed scale model cars for collectors, established in Vallorbe in the Canton of Vaud in 2019. The models are developed in Switzerland and made at the Ixo factory in Bangladesh. Company founder Dimitri Baumgartner had previously worked for the Swiss model car distributor Tek-Hoby and later as a consultant and product manager for Editions Atlas, where he was reponsible for the creation of partwork collections for the Nordic countries, notably Saab and Volvo cars in 1/43rd scale. The range of his own brand will include new variations of models he has already developed for Atlas, as well as limited editions of brand new models, in diecast or resin. The first release is thus also a Nordic car: a 1984 Saab 900 Lux made of diecast in 1/43rd scale equipped with the Toppola camping shell.
