EFE is the abbreviation for "Exclusive First Editions". The British company went into business in 1989 and is specialized in 1/76th scale models, matching the 00-gauge model railways which are quite popular in Great Britain. The range mainly consists of British buses and lorries which are released in various liveries, but several models of British roadsters (Austin-Healey, MG, Triumph) have also been introduced in a set with a car transporter. The models are made in China and are well detailed. EFE also manufactured some of the "Trux" models for the Australian company Trax.
