Kellermann CKO was a German manufacturer of tinplate toys. The company was founded by Georg Kellermann in Nuremberg in 1910, but the CKO brand name was only introduced in 1920. Kellermann CKO focused on inexpensive figurines, cars and locomotives, of wich a remarkable proportion was exported, mainly to the USA and the United Kingdom. Soon before World War II, military vehicles were predominating in the range, but Kellermann CKO also released a model of the Volkswagen. Production was resumed after the war, and since the 1950s the company manufactured the Rollo series of 1/35th scale cars and 1/50th scale trucks and buses. As one of the last German manufacturer of tinplate toys, Kellermann CKO ceased production in 1979. Some of the moulds and tools were later taken over by the Czech manufacturer Kovap.
