Kherson Electromash was founded in 1930 and mainly produces electrical equipment for automobiles and tractors. From 1987 to 1995, models of two Russian off-road vehicles, GAZ 69 and UAZ 469, were also manufactured in the factory based in the Ukrainian city of Kherson. The models are in 1/43rd scale and entirely made of plastic. They are rather simple, but the proportions are accurate.
