Marpytoys is a Dutch manufacturer of handbuilt models. The company was founded by Peter IJpema in 1986 and is specialized in 1/43rd scale Citroën cars. The range consists partly of customized Citroën diecast models based on products from Norev and Solido, partly of resin models made in collaboration with Rialto Models, another Dutch company producing handbuilt model cars. Marpytoys also distributes Chinese Dongfeng Citroën models in 1/18th and 1/43rd scale made by companies such as CM Model. Besides the Citroën models, Marpytoys has also released a limited edition 1/43rd scale model of the first Saab car from 1947.
