RENN Miniatures, a company based in Moscow, introduced three 1/43rd scale resin models in spring 2015. All of these are special versions of BMW cars customized by well-known German tuners: 2007 Lumma CLR 500 RS (based on the BMW M5), 2010 Lumma CLR 750 (based on the BMW 760Li), and 1991 Koenig KS 8 (based on the BMW 850i). The models were made in China to the usual contemporary standards for scale models for collectors. The range was not expanded further in the following years. However, the brand was revived in Portugal in 2023 with new 1/43rd scale models. The new catalogue focuses on BMW-based Alpina cars, but a Mercedes-Benz 600 SEC customized by Koenig has also been released. All models are now designed and also built in Lisbon.
