Sapi was the name of a range of detailed 1/43rd scale diecast models made in China for the Japanese market. The manufacturer was in business in the first years of the 21st century and focused on compact cars and small coupés from the 1980s and early 1990s by Honda (1983 Civic, Ballade Sports CR-X) and Mazda (1982 and 1992 Familia, Eunos Cosmo, Eunos Presso, Autozam AZ-3). Special editions of the Honda Civic model were introduced in 2003 in order to commemorate the 20th anniversiry of the introduction of the original car.
