VK Modelle is a German manufacturer of 1/87th scale model railroad accessories, named after the initials of its owner Veit Kornberger. In 2004, the company released its first products: trailers for trucks, cars and agricultural vehicles. The first bus model was introduced in 2007, a Solaris Urbino 18 articulated bus which was also used as a promotional item by Solaris. Models of other modern buses by Solaris, MAN, Hess and Van Hool, as well as some classic buses, were added to the range in the following years and released in many different liveries.
