The Spanish toy manufacturer Vercor was founded in 1950 and remained in business until the 1990s. In the 1970s, the company produced a series of contemporary cars in 1/24th to 1/28th scale, including various Seat and Renault cars as well as an Austin Mini. The models have quite accurate plastic bodies with tinplate bases and are friction-powered. They were also available in taxi, emergency vehicle and racing car liveries.
