The Polish manufacturer ZP-Ruch ("ZP" stands for "Zaklady Przemyslowe", which means "industrial plant") was mainly known for its "Seria Miniatur" range, a series of 1/72nd scale plastic models made in the towns of Siedlce (casting) and Podlasie (assembly) in the 1970s and early 1980s. The range primarily consisted of Polish cars (Syrena, Warszawa, Fiat 125p), vans (Nysa, Zuk), trucks (Star 28 und C-28) and buses (Jelcz, Sanok). Other Eastern European cars (Moskvitch 408, Wartburg 353) were modelled as well. Three 1/32nd scale plastic model cars were available only for a very short time: Syrena, Moskvitch 408 and Fiat 125p. In addition to these original designs, the same manufacturer also produced plastic copies of Matchbox models. A re-edition of the Jelcz bus model was released in the early 2000s by a club of Polish bus enthusiasts (Klub Milosników Komunikacji Miejskiej in Warsaw).
