The British company H. Seener Ltd., previous owner of the Budgie model car range, manufactured simple and inexpensive diecast models under the name of Seerol from 1984 to the late 1990s. The models were mainly aimed at the London tourist market. The range included a 1/43rd scale Austin FX4 London taxi and a 1/50th scale Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud both made from former Budgie castings but with altered wheels and other details, as well as a 1/76th scale Routemaster double decker bus from a new casting. The models were made at the Corgi factory in Swansea and remained in production when this factory was taken over by Oxford Diecast. They exist in various colours and liveries. On the baseplates of the taxi and the Rolls-Royce, the Budgie name has been replaced by Seerol, but it still says "Made in England", which is incorrect - Swansea is not in England, but in Wales.
