Autocult is a German company founded by Thomas Roschmann, former CEO of Premium ClassiXXs, which introduced its first models in summer 2015. The range concentrates on rare and extraordinary classic cars from various countries which haven't been modelled by other manufacturers before: prototypes, microcars, aerodynamic experimental cars, small sports and record cars, rare commercial vehicles and motorhomes. The models are made of resin, usually in 1/43rd scale and are very well detailed. They are manufactured in China in very limited numbers, usually 333 items per issue. Each model comes with a small booklet providing information about the original car. In February 2016, the first 1/18th scale resin model was added to the range. Besides its own regular models, Autocult also produces special models commissioned by customers such as Austrian Car Collection, Ravensberger Handelskontor ("Masterpiece" series), the Swiss distributor Arwico or Budig model car shop in Berlin. In addition, the Avenue 43 sub-brand focusing on prototypes and coachbuilt cars in 1/43rd scale was introduced in 2017.
