Hynek Knopp from Prague manufactured handbuilt models from 1968 to 2008, mostly in 1/43rd or 1/87th scale and made of resin. Furthermore, he has released several big models in 1/18th scale or bigger. The models were marketed under the name of HK Resin Models. The range mainly consisted of classic Czechoslovak cars made by Skoda, Tatra and other makes, but also included several dozens of Bugatti cars as well as pre-World War I Mercedes, VW from the 1940s and other historic cars from Western Europe.
