Lucky Toys, a Hong Kong based toy manufacturer, was in business from the 1960s until the mid-1980s. The company released friction-powered plastic toy cars in various scales between 1/20th to 1/43rd. Unlike the products of many other contemporary Hong Kong companies, the Lucky Toys products bore the manufacturer's trademark, and many of them, but not all, appear to be the company's own designs rather than copies of models originally made by Western European manufacturers. The range included many contemporary sports and racing cars, but also some saloons, emergency vehicles and classic cars.
