SE Modell was a range of 1/43rd scale handbuilt models made of resin with metal chassis, introduced in 1994 and focusing on one particular car: the Borgward Isabella. This classic German car from the 1950s was modelled in many different versions and body styles: saloon in civilian, police, and racing liveries, coupé, estate, two types of convertibles, pick-up, and even an ambulance and a hearse with special bodies were part of the range. The models were made in France and distributed by the German branch of Solido based in Nuremberg. They were soon discontinued, and no other cars were added to the range.
