Yat Ming was a diecast model manufacturer based in Hong Kong. The company started producing toy cars in the early 1970s, but moved towards making more realistic models in the late 1990s. The new range consisted of diecast models in 1/18th, 1/24th, 1/43rd and 1/72nd scale, mainly of American cars. Besides the car models, several detailed fire engines have been released by Yat Ming in 1/43rd scale. Production ceased in July 2013. The moulds were bought by the manufacturer Lucky Die Cast, which started reissueing Yat Ming models in 2015.
