Tony Hanna worked for the Australian model manufacturer Trax before he created his own range of resin handbuilt models under the name of Modelcraft Miniatures in 2000. In 2013 he introduced the Ace Model Cars series of detailed Chinese-made 1/43rd scale resin models. The range concentrates on rare Australian prototypes such as Buckle Mini Monaco, Goggomobil Dart, Bolwell Nagari, Austin A40 Ute as well as Holden and Ford sports and concept cars, but some foreign cars such as John Steed's Jaguar XJC coupé from the television series "The Avengers" are also included.
