Almost Real is a series of detailed 1/43rd and 1/18th scale diecast models, introduced in 2016 by the Chinese company Sum's Model. Before starting its own brand, this company had been a subcontractor for established manufacturers such as Minichamps and Ebbro. The range mainly consists of contemporary sports and luxury cars (Bentley, Mercedes-Benz, McLaren), but a first series Range Rover from 1970 and a Land Rover Defender have also been released in both scales. There are also promotional models made by Almost Real for the Chinese car industry, for example for Nio.
