Giodi was an Italian manufacturer of diecast models. The company was founded in Pontida, Bergamo province, in 1981. It originally made farm equipment and construction vehicles and continued production of the previous Barlux models, with some new models being added to the range. This range included racing, luxury and sports cars in 1/66th scale, as well as motorcycles and commercial vehicles in larger scales. Giodi also manufactured small plastic and diecast models for the Kinder Surprise Eggs by the Italian chocolate producer Ferrero. In 1991, a 1/18th scale diecast model of the Ferrari 365 GTB/4 coupé was introduced under the Techno-Giodi name, followed by a 365 GTS/4 convertible and a Mercedes-Benz 280 SL (W113). Production ceased in 1993, but some of the moulds were transferred to China, where the models were reissued under the Jaditoys name by the company that would later become Jadi Modelcraft.
