Under the Leader name, the French manufacturer Eligor introduced a series of resin models in 1/43rd scale in the mid-1990s. In many cases these were body variants or other special versions based on models from the standard Eligor range, so new resin bodies were combined with diecast and plastic parts that were also used for other Eligor models. Not related to the main range is the model of the 1953 Opel Olympia Rekord, which was released in various body styles. Production ended in the 2000s.
