Precision Miniatures was an American manufacturer of 1/43rd handbuilt white metal models, which were usually sold in kit form. The company run by Gene Parrill and Lloyd Ashbury was based in Costa Mesa, California, and in business from 1978 to 1986. The range focused on European and American sports and racing cars from the 1950s to the 1970s. In addition, several American road cars from the 1950s were available built only. In total, about 30 different models were released over eight years. In 1979, Precision Miniatures was one of the first manufacturers to produce 1/43rd scale model cars with photo-etched wire wheels.
