Verem was a sub-division of the French model car manufacturer Solido founded in 1984. The brand was named after Emile Véron, founder of the company Majorette who took over Solido in 1980. Originally the Verem range consisted of re-editions of 1970s Solido models. Later, special versions of contemporary Solido models were also added to the range. In addition to these diecast models, a series of limited edition resin models was introduced in 1994.
