LG Hobby was a range of inexpensive 1/43rd scale handbuilt models, made by Guillermo Lusso from Argentina. The models are very simple: The body is a piece of solid resin, the windows are painted black, and the wheels do not turn. But paint jobs and proportions are realistic. Most models are copies of Chinese-made diecast models (Ixo, Vanguards) or of more sophisticated handbuilt models made by other Argentinean manufacturers (380W Models, DataModel, Cobre). The range consists of road cars made in Argentina from 1960 to 1990 and historic racing cars from Turismo Carretera, the Argentinean touring car championship. Some of the models were also sold in boxes with the labels "Hobby Willy" or "Hobby de Autos". Since production was taken over by Vainilla22, a model car shop in Buenos Aires, in 2018, the models have been marketed under the Cartrix name.
